If we can understand ourselves better cognitively, we have a better chance to mentor ourselves and face down harmful emotional baggage and patterns. These can be a long way from severe psychological disorders and yet can be be an annoying limitation on us. Helping Us Understand And Change Ourselves
There is so much we can do improve our effectiveness as people. If we want to change and are willing first to understand what the issues are, then we have made a great start.
